Cancellation Policy

All photo sessions require full payment at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment date and time. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed. All session fees are **non-refundable**. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees that cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Clients are expected to arrive **promptly at their scheduled session time**, dressed, prepared, and ready to begin shooting. Late arrival will shorten the length of your session and may affect the number and quality of photos taken. Edited photos, selected at the photographer’s discretion, will be delivered via the client’s provided email address within **7 business days** following the session. All images will be edited and selected at the **photographer’s professional discretion**. Unedited or raw images will not be provided. By booking a session, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
